Implementation Methodology

With any ERP project it is vital to have clearly defined outcomes and a plan of how you will arrive at the desired outcome. Our project management is overseen and directed by an affiliate consultant who has a wealth of experience in IT project management and Business Process Mapping.

The key steps when rolling out projects are:-

  • Final Preparation
